Plas labs 855-AC anaerobic glove box

  • A specialized anaerobic biological operation incubator forms a negative pressure space inside the incubator. If oxygen enters the incubator, the catalyst heater can reduce it to water vapor and remove excess water vapor through a drying tube
  • Can be used in microbiology, biochemistry, plasma environment work, animal science research, toxicology, and electronic component assembly to complete oxygen sensitive work and require isolation of researchers or research materials
  • We provide a complete set of ready-made equipment without the need for any additional accessories. You only need to add samples and select gases
  • Transparent plastic casing, built-in fluorescent lamp, white stainless steel bottom, allowing clear observation of sample operation without shadows. All control systems have bright fluorescent lamp systems
  • There are two vacuum diaphragm pumps, one for the main chassis and one for the buffer space
  • The right cylindrical chamber is a buffer space. When conducting experiments, items can be placed in the buffer space first, the external lock can be closed, and the valve for the buffer space can be opened from inside the glove box to remove the sample. This allows the gas concentration and humidity during the experiment to be unaffected by the external environment. It is equipped with a vacuum gauge with an opening diameter of 28cm and a length of 30.5cm
  • The top position can be opened to place the instrument, with a built-in power plug and a medical grade frequency band for current output U.L.&C.S.A.
  • The catalyst heater function can reduce trace amounts of oxygen entering the main box and maintain insulation levels from 35 to 37 degrees Celsius. Internal airflow is expelled through the door and reaches the heating element and aluminum treated palladium balls. The oxygen present will mix with the oxygen free mixture and be reduced to water vapor
  • The drying tube has its own vacuum pump and three polycarbonate tubes containing molecular sieves, which are connected together by self sealing quick disconnect devices. When refilled, the internal airflow is not destroyed. Molecular sieves serve as a medium for purifying gases, and most impurities generated in research work are adsorbed onto the particles of molecular sieves. Molecular sieves also act as desiccants. When moisture is adsorbed, the small particles of molecular sieves change from blue to light gray or pink. Molecular sieves can be regenerated by heating at 320 ℉ for two hours
  • The hole diameter is 22.3cm (with O-ring and external stainless steel hoop), and the glove length is 81cm
